Info Post
Finding inspiration on TV, the Internet, in a Magazine or out in the Real World is how I tend to thrive when it comes to organizing and updating my home.  There is such an incredible amount of talent out there to be tapped into, and so many endless places to find it!

And as much as I wish I had the superstar brain that could come up with all the ideas on it's own, I have gained office makeover inspiration from HGTV's Rate My Space, boys bedroom time zone decor from a Pottery Barn Kid's catalog and my most recent window box creation from The Lettered Cottage "Screened In" Magazine.

Yep, I am pretty fanatical about inspiration.

So imagine the surprise and amount of flattery that whooshed upon me when I received the following email from a blog reader named Kristine...

Hi Jen,

I apologize for taking FOREVER to send you the photos of my two year old son's bedroom.  We moved into this house at the end of March and his room was a blank slate.  Literally.  I immediately fell in love with your two older boys' bedroom after finding it on HGTV's Rate My Space.  Thank you for sharing the exact paint colors!  I couldn't be happier with the outcome :-)  I have definitely become a big fan of your blog spot and love learning from a master organizer.  Keep up the good work!

Thanks again!

Kristine Doshi

A special THANK YOU to you also Kristine!  For taking a moment to share your pictures and story.  I totally heart your new space and I think your little one will too!  It's a great place that he can grow into with minimal updates needed, so kudos to you!

So without further ado, a couple of shots of my boy's bedroom, in which Kristine had used as inspiration for her space:

And the absolutely AWESOME pictures of Kristine's space that she created with just a little inspiration!

Incredible right?  Don't you just love how she used the color combo as inspiration and totally turned the space into her own vision?  It's definitely one that will be versatile for years to come, and boasts adorable artwork and fantastic storage to boot!  Talk about melting my heart, wow!

As I mentioned yesterday, some of my favorite stories are those that come from a little inspiration.  So thank you to Kristine for taking a moment to pass along her story!

Didn't Kristine do a great job at taking some inspiration and making it her own?  What's your favorite part?  Anyone else been finding inspiration to create new spaces in their abodes?  Where are your favorite places to tap for some eye candy?

P.S.  Have an awesome story to share?  How about some organizing tips and tricks?  Maybe a project completed from an inspiration found?  Please send your story and photos to iheartorganizing@gmail.com and I would heart to feature them right here, on the blog!!
